Yes, the ISQM module is fully integrated and compliant with the ISQM 1 and 2 standards. In addition, it is pre-configured for rapid deployment, allowing firms to immediately comply with regulatory requirements.
Timesheet enables real-time tracking of hours worked for the firm and/or clients, proactive workload management, and integration with Invoice to automate the calculation of billable amounts for files.
Each Audityx module can be partly configured according to your firm's specific needs, whether to adapt processes, manage access rights, or adapt procedural templates already existing in Missions and ISQM. For more technical customisations, our customer support is available to assist you.
Usage
5 questionsAudityx is a web application accessible directly via a secure URL, with no need for local installation. For configuration, our team supports you at every step. It handles the creation of your hosting and imports your data into Audityx.
When you validate the offer, you will receive several files to send us the information needed to add your staff members and define their roles and access rights. Managing the rights of existing users can be done directly from the Audityx interface. To add a new user, you can contact our customer support, who will assist you with this process.
Importing data into Audityx depends on the volume and complexity of the data to be migrated. For large volumes or specific configurations, it is recommended to contact our customer support for personalised assistance.
By default, Audityx is available in French, Dutch and English. Other languages can be made available on request, depending on your specific needs. Client documents can be provided in German.
In most countries, the role of the statutory auditor mainly consists of verifying that financial statements comply with accounting standards and ensuring the transparency of companies' finances. However, their mission can vary depending on the jurisdiction or country. Audityx software is functional and configurable according to the country and its language, for all statutory auditors, regardless of their designation and country.

Audityx updates are managed automatically by our technical team. You don't need to take any action to benefit from them. Each update is deployed without service interruption, ensuring you always work with the most recent version of the software.
Yes, Audityx provides a user manual and usage guides directly accessible from the software interface. These resources are designed to help you quickly master all the software's features and get the most out of it.

Your data is hosted on secure servers located in Belgium, benefiting from regular backups to guarantee their integrity and availability. Our subcontractors strictly comply with data security regulations, thereby ensuring maximum protection.
Yes, Audityx and its subcontractors have implemented the necessary procedures to comply with GDPR regulations, guaranteeing the protection and confidentiality of personal data.
Yes, the System Administrator role allows you to define and control the access rights of each user within your firm. This feature allows you to manage permissions securely, ensuring that each staff member only accesses the information and features relevant to their role.
Subscription
3 questionsAudityx offers several types of licences tailored to the needs of each firm:
For the ISQM module:
- FULL Licence — Access to the entire module and all its features.
- LIGHT Licence — Consultative access with limited features, designed for secretaries and/or users external to the firm.
- STUDENT Licence — Free access for 2 × 2 months, perfect for students in the learning phase.
For the other modules:
- FULL Licence — Access to the entire module(s) and all its/their features.
- STUDENT Licence — Free access for 2 × 2 months.
The cost of each licence is based on a monthly fee per user. Discounts are available for firms subscribing to several modules and/or with a large number of users.
Audityx operates on a monthly subscription model per user, with additional costs for hosting, backups and maintenance. Invoicing is done in advance.
To upgrade or change your subscription, simply contact our customer service. A personalised offer will be sent to you to validate the desired changes. Once the offer is accepted, we will quickly update your subscription to meet your new needs.
Training
4 questionsAudityx offers a single free onboarding training session via video conference, as well as paid training on request, ranging from basic training to advanced (Master) training. For any paid training request, a detailed offer will be sent to you.
The onboarding training generally lasts between 1 and 2 hours. Depending on the modules selected and your level of involvement, the full onboarding process spans an average period of 1 to 2 weeks, including configuration and getting to grips with the features.
